Born and raised in Decatur, Georgia by her grandmother Sadie Belle, Sadie Comas (Chef) is your quintessential Georgia Peach. Chef learned about baking from her grandmother at a very young age, and went on to receive her Master's Degree in Baking and Pastry years later. People always ask, what’s the difference between Sadie Belle Bakery and other bakeries? Well, at Sadie Belle Bakery it isn’t just about the baked goods, it’s also about the people. Growing up, Sadie’s grandmother had a saying: Conversation is Cake and Cake is Conversation. Conversation about the bad days, conversation about needing the help of a loved one, conversations full of remembrance, love, and care. With her best friend and confident gone, Chef can only do the next best thing; share her love of conversation and baking with her clients.
